The industry national standards revised under the leadership of our company will be fully implemented from October 1, 2019
Zhengzhou Fangzhou Grinding Tools Co., Ltd. is a member unit of the Coated Grinding Tools Branch of the China Machine Tool Industry Association and a member unit of the National Abrasive Grinding Tools Standardization Technical Committee. The company's general manager, Wu Chengbin, has been appointed as a member of the National Abrasive Grinding Tools Standardization Technical Committee by the National Standardization Management Committee. In the past decade, as a responsible unit, the company has successively led the revision and completion of national standards such as GB/T30473-2013 "Coated Grinding Tool Cylinder Sand Set" and JB/T8606-2012 "Coated Grinding Tool Sand Belt" in the mechanical industry.
The revision work of the mechanical industry standard "Technical Conditions for Coated Grinding Tools Cylindrical Sand Sleeves" (JB/T 10042-2018) was carried out in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Second Batch of Industry Standard Revision Plan for 2016 (Document No. [2016] 110 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), with project number 2016-0758T-JB. In the process of standard revision, the standard revision working group proposed a "draft for soliciting opinions on the standard" based on extensive collection and research and analysis of relevant domestic and foreign materials, industry investigation, and sufficient experimental verification, and extensively solicited opinions from both inside and outside the industry. Then, the standard "draft for review" and related documents were compiled. This standard was reviewed and approved by the Coating and Grinding Tools Sub Technical Committee of the National Abrasive and Grinding Tools Standardization Technical Committee at a standard review meeting held in Chongqing from October 17 to 21, 2017. The review meeting evaluated that "the content of the standard is well supported, written in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1.1-2009, supplemented, modified, and improved based on industrial development and technological progress, achieving scientific, reasonable, and applicable results, and solving the problems of aging content and lack of coordination with the standard system in the original standard; the revised technical indicators are reasonable and feasible; the revised standard will provide technical basis for the production and use of cylindrical sand sleeves, which is of great significance for regulating the production and application of cylindrical sand sleeves in China, promoting industrial development and technological progress, and expanding export earnings. It is conducive to promoting industrial structure adjustment and optimization upgrading; This standard was officially approved and released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on December 21, 2018, and will be fully implemented nationwide from October 1, 2019.
